What is Dope Drive?

Dope Drive is a new-patient event powered by Dope Medicinal Wellness. For this event, eligible new patients can book a medical cannabis certification visit for $50 instead of the standard $100 fee.

A certification visit is a medical appointment, not an automatic card approval. The physician will review your health history and discuss whether certification may be appropriate for you. If you receive a signed certification, you'll still need to submit a separate application to the Arkansas Department of Health.

This event offer is for new patients only. If you're coming in for a renewal, the $50 Dope Drive rate does not apply. If you're unsure whether you count as a new patient or have questions about the offer, please contact our team before booking.

How to book your $50 certification visit

1. Choose an appointment time

Use is.gd/bookdope to open our online scheduling page and look for the Dope Drive new-card appointment. Booking ahead is a good idea so you can choose a time that works for you.

Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you plan to walk in, calling ahead can help you confirm availability and avoid an unnecessary trip.

2. Bring your Arkansas ID

Bring a valid Arkansas driver's license or state ID. The state requires proof of Arkansas residency as part of the patient application process.

If you have medical records or other documents related to your health condition, bring those along too. They may help your physician understand your history. You're also welcome to bring a written list of questions. It's easy to forget one when you're in a new appointment.

3. Meet one-on-one with the physician

During your visit, the physician will review your health history, listen to your concerns, and answer questions about the certification process. Our care is personal and unhurried. You'll have space to talk through your goals and understand the next steps.

4. Complete your Arkansas application

If you receive a physician certification, you'll need to submit your application through the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Registry. The state requires its own application and fee. The $50 Dope Drive visit fee is separate from the Arkansas Department of Health's $50 patient application fee. The state application fee is paid to the state, not included in the clinic visit price.

The state has its own eligibility requirements and application process. You can review the Arkansas Department of Health's qualified patient requirements before applying.

What to know about the Arkansas medical marijuanas card process

A physician visit is one step in the process, but it does not guarantee that the state will approve an application. Arkansas residents generally need a qualifying medical condition, a physician's written certification, proof of residency, and a completed application submitted to the state.

After a physician signs your certification, pay attention to the deadline for submitting it. The Arkansas Department of Health says the certification must be submitted within 30 days of the physician's signature. Because application steps and requirements can change, check the state registry for the latest instructions.
